Inputs: either coordinates for the center of the circle and a radius (in meters), or coordinates for both the center and a point somewhere on the circumference. Coordinate values need to be in decimal degrees.
(The default values will produce a circle with a radius of 10km centered around the AICC on Google Earth .)
